Mathematical Research Interests:
Applied graph theory, applied information theory (quantitative characterization of molecular structures and biochemical networks, their connectivity, metric, subgraphs and cliques, centrality and complexity patterns). Network analysis, cellular automata modeling dynamics of networks and pathways, applications to biomedical research (evolutionary studies, markers for early diagnostics and survival, predicting biological function of genes/proteins).
